The Prosecution called its final witness on the morning of Monday, November 19th, before resting its case. Before the defense began its case, however, the jury was excused from the room and the judge denied a defense motion to dismiss the charges agains Tony Scott Cercy.

The availability of expert witnesses for the prosecution’s case against Tony Scott Cercy led to an early recess for the weekend on November 16th, in Hot Springs County.

Evidence that was pulled from the cell phones of the accuser and the accused was introduced today, in the 3rd Degree Sexual assault trial of Tony Scott Cercy.

The jury heard from multiple witnesses Wednesday during the the second trial against Tony Scott Cercy, as the prosecution continued its case. Prosecution testimony continued on Wednesday, November 14th, in the case against Tony Scott Cercy. During the morning, the jury heard from the father of the accuser, as well as several people who identified themselves has having been friends of the accuser.

Opening statements and witnesses were heard in Hot Springs County Tuesday.
