Tierney Dawn Lehman was born in Casper WY on July 27th, 1984 to Billy Unangst and Tammy Foster. Tierney’s family relocated to Las Vegas when she was 3 and this is where she met the love of her life and soul mate Zachary Lehman in 1999. It was love at first sight and they had an unbreakable bond and passion for one another.
Tierney and Zachary married on April 20, 2007. Their union produced two children, Brendin in 2006 and Tarryn in 2008. In 2011 Zach and Tierney adopted Paige Holmes as their own.
Tierney lived in Washington State for a time and worked as a Custom Broker on the border. She then moved back to Las Vegas where she worked as a Supply Supervisor at Medic West for 10 years. The family returned to Casper where she worked until the time of her passing for Dr Michael Skaf at Cedars Health and Casper Cardiology as a medical Assistant and Receptionist. Tierney had a passion for helping people and took her job very personally.
Tierney was a very loving, caring, passionate and loyal mother, wife, daughter and friend. She always had an open heart and revolving door for anyone in need. Tierney loved life and her family with a deep passion. She enjoyed camping, road trips and frequent vacations with her family.
Tierney is survived by her husband Zach, children Brendin, Tarryn and Paige. Her parents Tammy and Brad Frater, Billy and Doreen Unangst. Her siblings; Lacye (Cliff) Anderson, Josh and Blaine Obert, Justyn (Isabella) Obert and Casey Stephenson. Grandparents Jo Scott, William C, Loretta Fell, Jack and Bev Woodcock. Numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.
There will not be a day that goes by that this wonderful woman is not missed.
Please join us in the celebration of Tierney’s life on February 16, 2019 at The Haven located at 316 West Yellowstone in Casper WY. The Family requests to refrain from wearing black as this is a celebration of life not mourning.
There is a potluck to follow, if bringing a dish please bring in disposable container.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Casper Humane Society in Tierney’s name.

ROY CLIFFORD WILLIAMS
Born to Mable (Fletcher) & Vole R. Williams in Worland, WY, and died February 8th surrounded by his loving family at the Douglas Care Center. Roy endured a long battle with Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s Disease, but he always had a smile oh his face.
Roy grew up on the family farm at Otto, Wyo,. attended rural schools and graduated from Greybull High School. He started his career with Mountain Bell as a linesman. After many transfers and promotions he retired after 30 years and then started his ranching career.
Roy married Connie Dalgarno in 1978 and they formed their own non-televised “Brady Bunch”. They followed their dreams and bought a ranch at Lost Springs, Wy. Roy loved his family, cows, John Deer tractors, Peanut M & M’s and Pinochle. He lived another bucket list dream by traveling the US, Mexico and Canada in their motorhome with Connie & their dogs & some special ventures with grandkids.
Roy is survived by his wife Connie; sons Steve (Tracy) Williams, of AZ, Scott (Dana) Cobb, Jim (Cristy) Cobb and daughter Anna Cobb, all of Douglas; daughter-in-law Julie Williams of So Dakota; brother Ray (Nit) Williams of Billings, Mt and sister Sandra Williams of Calif., many grandchildren & great-grandchildren, brother-in-law & sister-in-law Wes & Colleen Engleman of Casper, cousins, nephews and nieces.
Preceding Roy in death were his parents, sons Vernon D Williams and Lonnie J Williams. Father & mother-in-law, Con & Marie Dalgarno.
He was loved so very much and will be greatly missed by his family, friends, dogs & parrots.
