Fresh snow clings to a pumpkin in a central Casper neighborhood on Thursday morning. The National Weather Service in Riverton says Casper should expect up to 2 inches of snow before clouds dissapate. Winds will kick up with gusts up to 26 mph. (Dan Cepeda, Oil City)
