Today’s user-submitted SNAPPED comes from Oil City reader Chrissy Witt. Chrissy grabbed this photo of a young man named Dyllon who made a new friend during the Central Wyoming Fair and Rodeo Parade on Tuesday July 11th.
Casper Police Detective Sam Dunnuck took some time to play amongst some bubbles with Dyllon, while working the parade.
The annual parade is the kick-off for the PRCA Rodeo portion of the Central Wyoming Fair and Rodeo. The fair continues through Saturday.
