CASPER, Wyo. — Five schools in Casper are inviting veterans to participate in Veterans Day events on Friday, Nov. 11.
Details for each of the events are available from the Natrona County School District and are as follows:
CY Middle School – CY Middle School will be hosting a Veterans Day Celebration to honor Veterans on Friday, November 11, 2022, starting at 8:00 AM. Veterans are invited to the CY Middle School Library starting at 8am for coffee and pastries. Veterans will be escorted to the Commons for a celebration presented by band, orchestra, and choir students from 9 am-9:30 am. Veterans, please RSVP to the CY Middle School Office at 253-2700 by Wednesday, November 9, 2022.
Dean Morgan Middle School – Dean Morgan Middle School will be hosting a Veterans Day Celebration to honor Veterans on Friday, November 11, 2022, starting at 1:25 p.m. in the Main Gym. Veterans are invited to be honored.
Centennial Middle School – Centennial Middle School will be hosting a Veterans Day Celebration to honor Veterans on Friday, November 11, 2022, beginning at 8:15 a.m. in the Main Gym. Veterans are invited for coffee and cinnamon rolls prior to the ceremony at 7:30 a.m.
Natrona County High School – Natrona County High School will be hosting a Veterans Day Celebration to honor Veterans on Friday, November 11, 2022, at 9:30 a.m. in the Dalton Gymnasium. Veterans are invited to attend.
Journey Elementary will be hosting Veterans for coffee/donuts on Friday, November 11, 2022. Students will be passing out donuts/coffee “drive-thru” style from 8:00am – 8:40am.
