On August 21st, Casper Wyoming will see one of the single biggest tourist draws in the city’s history. As the shadow from the moon casts upon the earth, causing a total solar eclipse, the eclipse path will bisect the city of Casper. This makes the Oil City one of the top ranked places in the nation to observe the cosmic ballet.
