The Casper City Council authorized an agreement with Whited Floor Surfacing to refinish the Recreation Center’s floors during Council’s Tuesday, April 2 meeting.
The resolution authorizes a $51,250 agreement with the flooring company and an additional $5,000 contingency fund.
“The project includes repairing damaged gymnasium flooring, sanding, re-striping and re-coating wood flooring and replacing rubber flooring walkways at the Casper Recreation Center,” a memo in Council’s work packet states.
The project is scheduled to be completed by June 6, according to the memo.
